I had been to several other dealers and as a female customer never felt entirely comfortable dealing with their sales staff. To me, first impressions are everything and right from the start my experience with Lexus was extremely positive. I believe that there has to be a level of trust when making a fairly significant purchase and Maurice, the Sales Associate that I dealt with was honest, professional and always took the time to answer all of my questions about the various vehicles that I looked at. I felt that he took a genuine interest in what vehicle would best suit the needs of my family’s lifestyle and our budget. I never felt pressured and when I did make a decision and purchase I was 100% sure that I was making the right choice. WOW, what an incredibly smooth and enjoyable experience. We bought a Pre-Owned RX-350 recently. After 3 serious car accidents that totalled three minivans, my children and I had become fearful of driving. We became especially fearful during the winter months. He looked into my lease and even picked up my van so that it could be appraised! I was extremely busy and this made such a differnece for me.

I was very interested in the Yukon Denali. Andy found a 2008 Gold one for me. He even had DVD installed for me!
